Introducing
Andy McIndoe
Andy McIndoe is the founder of Alpha-Echo and a combat veteran who has consistently thrived at solving new and difficult problems with limited guidance or references. Throughout his professional career, Andy has prioritized developing additional frameworks to enhance effectiveness. His foundation in engineering and completion of Ranger School laid the groundwork for success as an Infantry leader in Afghanistan. Combat experience further honed his abilities as a leadership instructor at the Infantry Officer Course. His personal development skills enabled him to earn the Green Beret, and his dedicated training proved invaluable in running operations across Southeast Asia.
Andy’s expertise in multi-organizational management contributed to success in ramping up car production at Tesla, where the skills he used to scale operations to 1,863 associates also facilitated his management of 4,500 real estate sites across the U.S. His direct oversight of $1.2B in capital investment provided the financial acumen necessary to ensure business success. The strategic flexibility gained from running two successful start-ups has shaped him into a multi-faceted leader.
As a father of four and husband to his amazing wife, Laura, Andy is committed to building things that last for generations rather than pursuing quick financial wins.
